If you wish to delete your account and associated personal data, please follow these steps:
Send an email to support@bfoodsurvey.infixhitechinnovations.com
Use the subject line: "Delete My Account"
Include your registered phone number or email ID
We will verify your request and process the deletion within 7 working days.
Upon confirmation, we will delete:
Your user account (phone/email login)
Delivery address & preferences
Order history and saved items
App activity logs
⚠️ Some data, such as financial transactions, may be retained securely for legal or accounting purposes as per local laws.
If you have a meal subscription or scheduled order, please cancel it before requesting account deletion.
